Jim brings 10+ years of US and Asia experience in investment banking, investment and entrepreneurship.  He is co-founder and CFO of China Unistone Acquisition Corp. (soon to be renamed Yucheng Technologies and list on NASDAQ as “YTEC”).   Previously, he was Director of Research & COO of Majestic Research - one of the leading independent research boutiques. Jim was also the Director of Strategy & Acting CFO of HelloAsia - an Asian focused venture funded software and services company.   Prior to that, Jim founded UBS/Paine Webber's Internet Equity Research which become one of the firm's leading revenue generators.

Nathan brings 12+ years of strategic investment and management experience in China market. Prior to Panthera, Nathan was assistant VP of Investment and Business Development of K.Wah Group. He successfully led team to execute investments in real estate, telecom and high-tech sectors. The total value of investments he led or participated is over USD 400 million. Previously, he worked for SINOPEC as an engineer.Nathan sits on board of Amarsoft Technology Co., a leading provider of banking information systems and services in China.

Nathan receives MS from University of Hong Kong and BS from China Northwest Polytechnic University

Ramon brings 4+ years of Merge & Acquisition, strategic planning and business development experience in Greater China region. Prior to Panthera, Ramon worked in AIU, the general insurance arm of AIG. As a Greater China regional business analyst, Ramon worked for a few M&A deals and post-M&A integration projects across the region, fully involved in corporate China expansion project and conducted strategic planning. Prior to AIU, Ramon started his career from head office of ICBC, as BD role for e-banking business.

Prior to joining Panthera, Shining was an associate consultant at Capgemini in Shanghai where she engaged in several strategy and transformation projects for large SOE clients in the Telecom, Energy and Manufacture sectors. The projects involve different management issues such as corporate strategy, corporate governance, and business process reengineering, marketing strategy and market entry strategy.

Prior to Panthera, Daniel was an associate at Harvest Investment Consulting where he fully involved in several private placement projects in telecom, IT services and healthcare sectors. Daniel accumulated knowledge in investment analysis, strategic planning and equity financing.

Daniel received Master Degree, Major in management from Peking University and also held Bachelor degree in engineering from Tongji University.

Fu Zhong brings many years investment and operation experience especially in capital market, direct investment and corporate management in China. He was the Chairman of Hejin Investment, Mullay Co. in USA and Shanghai Susongda Network Technology Co, and Executive of Jinsin Trust and D'Long Group. Fu Zhong also works as the investment senior advisor for large local enterprises in China.

Fu Zhong received his master degree from Remin University of China and EMBA from Chang Kong Graduate School of Business.
